DAY ONE: 1:30pm EDT program starts (doors open 1pm)

  • Common Ground - introductions, setting a  goal and getting started
  • Multiple levels of listening and the power of metaphors
  • Walking/Snowshoeing and listening practice
  • Leadership reflection and integration; break at 5:30pm
  • Silent evening walk/snowshoe: 7:30/8:00pm start (approximately 1 hour) !


DAY TWO: 8:00am EDT program starts (doors open 7:45am)

  • Yoga and morning ritual - setting of intentions
  • Hike/Snowshoe - challenges and opportunities
  • Lessons from silence
  • Break (lunch) 12:00-1:30pm
  • Afternoon session: 1:30-3:30pm - Communication strategies and the Embody Leadership Model
  • Optional evening activity: 7:30/8:00pm approximately 1.5 hours - Storytelling


DAY THREE: 8:00am EDT program starts (doors open 7:45am)

  • Yoga and morning ritual - setting of intentions
  • Walking/Snowshoeing workshop - lessons from nature
  • Break (lunch) 12:00-1:30pm
  • Afternoon session: 1:30-3:30pm - impact, evaluation and locking in the learning
